PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

With the explosive growth of the number of electric vehicles at home and abroad, the charging demand of electric vehicles has also increased rapidly; at the same time, with the rapid development of power battery technology, the power demand of electric vehicles for charging station charging systems is also increasing. Driven by this demand, a new generation of flexible charging piles that can meet both fast charging and overcharging emerged as the times require.

The multi-gun flexible charging pile is mainly designed to separate the pile body responsible for power output and the pile body responsible for charging. Each charging gun dynamically obtains corresponding charging module resources from the pile body according to the actual vehicle charging needs. Compared with the all-in-one single charging pile, Guns and integrated double-gun charging piles have the advantages of high charging resource utilization, small footprint, flexible application, high safety, and high protection performance. Flexible charging piles can improve the operating efficiency of charging stations and provide users with safe, professional and economical charging solutions.

 

480KW FLEXIBLE CHARGING PILE

This product is mainly composed of a human-computer interaction touch screen, a card reader, an energy metering module, a charging module, a communication module, a charging interface, a control module and a pile body. The charging pile has multiple protection functions, and the input and output have double safety protection measures. The connection status of the charging cable can be monitored in real time during charging. Charging will be terminated immediately if the connection is abnormal, ensuring the safety of people and vehicles during the charging process.The humanized interface display and control guidance function allow customers to complete the charging process conveniently; it provides various external communication interfaces such as Ethernet and GPRS to communicate with the monitoring center and operation management center in real time to monitor the charging status in real time.

POWER DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY

  1. Use 40kW modules, a total of 12 modules, divided into 12 groups, and adopt a granular flexible power strategy of 40kW per group;
  2. A maximum of 6 double-gun terminals or 12 single-gun terminals can be connected, for a total of 12 charging guns; the output of each module can be connected to any charging gun;
  3. The output power range of each gun is: intelligent distribution, the maximum output is 240kW.

 

720KW FLEXIBLE CHARGING PILE

The current standard product is the host part+liquid cooling terminal, that is, the charging gun is liquid-cooled and liquid-cooled terminal. Maximum output voltage of the charging gun: DC1000V, maximum output current 600A. The host part adopts a standard 40kW module, and the air-cooled noise reduction design mode can be configured with the host. +liquid cooling terminal+air cooling terminal mode to maximize usage efficiency.

POWER DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY

  1. Use 40kW modules, 18 in total, and adopt a fully flexible power strategy with 40kW granularity;
  2. A maximum of 6 double-gun terminals or 12 single-gun terminals or 1 liquid-cooled terminal can be connected, for a total of 12 charging guns; the output of each module can be connected to any charging gun;
  3. The output power range of each gun is: intelligent distribution, the maximum output is 240kW. (The maximum output of the liquid cooling terminal is 600kW).
