Plug-in type Termination (GIS Termination), also called GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) Termination, is a high-performance cable termination, especially for use with gas-insulated switchgear systems. This kind of termination is used for secure and compact interface of high voltage cables with GIS equipment.
